I have been dining at Spyros for years. About a year ago I ordered a chicken kebab plate and I was blown away it was so delicious. The chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. So that was my go to dish. But the last two times I've ordered it, the chicken has been dry and overcooked. Hoping that they fix that I sure love that plate!
